VELOCITY Box Office is the exclusive ticket provider for live, interactive broadcast events produced by VELOCITY World Media. These events are held in VELOCITY HD Digital Suites at popular dining venues throughout the world and at select theaters.

VELOCITY World Media is the largest global, private experiential television network, specializing in producing custom High-Definition programming delivered live via EchoStar satellite to fans at VELOCITY HD Digital Suites and select theaters in the top 200 markets throughout the world.
What is a VELOCITY HD Digital Suite?
VELOCITY HD Digital Suites are multimedia screening rooms where viewers experience custom High-Definition broadcast events. Each suite is engineered to deliver the highest-quality sights and sounds imaginable. The suites feature a 1080i High-Definition projection system, 10 to 15 foot screens, 11 high-fidelity speakers and 7.2 theater-quality surround sound.
How are VELOCITY Box Office events interactive?
Fans are completely integrated into the broadcast event through VELOCITY’s innovative Mind Over Matter platform featuring MindShare audience polling and MindStorm Q&A. For example, you can select what songs you want artists to perform, ask questions live on the air, and can feature yourself live on the air via HD cameras at select venues.
How can fans ask questions live on the air?
Fans are able to ask questions live on the air by calling in, texting or e-mailing during the broadcast.
How is VELOCITY different from other events?
VELOCITY produces programming that is truly experiential, enabling fans to get up close and personal with artists. You become part of the event. You get to interact with artists in a way that has not been possible before. VELOCITY also provides a live, backstage perspective and an intimate look at how artists prepare for a show.
Where are VELOCITY events held?
Events are shown in VELOCITY HD Digital Suites at some of the world's top clubs and restaurants – Morton's The Steakhouse, Maggiano's Little Italy and the private clubs of ClubCorp. They are also shown in select theaters throughout the world.
Are there any other ways to purchase tickets for VELOCITY events?
Admission tickets to VELOCITY HD Digital Suites at select dining venues are available through VELOCITYBoxOffice.com or authorized event sponsors. Tickets to multiplex theaters can be purchased through a venue’s box office or a venue’s authorized ticket dealer. How will I get my tickets?
Tickets purchased through VELOCITY Box Office are e-tickets. Simply bring a printed copy of the ticket to the event, along with a valid form of identification. Or, you can also show your e-mailed ticket right from your smart phone. Select events will include a collectible access pass that can be used for admission.
What if the event I purchased tickets for is cancelled?
In most cases you don't need to do anything. VELOCITY will let you know the event is cancelled and refund the amount you paid for your tickets via the payment method used for purchase.
If your event was rescheduled, we'll announce the new date and will honor the tickets you purchased at that time.

What if I bought tickets, but I’m now unable to go to the event? Can I get a refund?
Tickets for all VELOCITY Box Office events are nonrefundable.
